Chocolate Chia Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup of Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup of Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk or Water
  • Dash of Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4  Tsp. Allspice Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/4 to 1/2 Tsp. Cacao Powder
  • Raw Cacao Nibs to decorate

Directions

  1. Combine chia seeds,  coconut milk, almond milk and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 3 hours.
  3. Spoon cold chia mix into two bowls or mugs.
  4. Add a dash of boiling water to the chia mix.
  5. Stir through the spice and cacao mix and top with raw cacao.
