Chocolate Chia Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup of Chia Seeds
- 1/2 Cup of Coconut Milk
- 1/2 Cup Almond Milk or Water
- Dash of Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Tsp. Allspice Powder
- 1/4 Tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/4 to 1/2 Tsp. Cacao Powder
- Raw Cacao Nibs to decorate
Directions
- Combine chia seeds, coconut milk, almond milk and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 3 hours.
- Spoon cold chia mix into two bowls or mugs.
- Add a dash of boiling water to the chia mix.
- Stir through the spice and cacao mix and top with raw cacao.
