Hi! We are Kimmy and Lyz

We are two mothers with a huge passion for women's health. We have 5 kids between us and having given birth every way possible!

Lyz is one of Australia's leading women's health physiotherapists with a Masters in Womens' Health and Continence and a proud Mum of two.

Kimmy is a pregnancy and postnatal exercise specialist, former professional athlete and a proud Mum to three little girls.

In the EMP, we have created a program that supports women normally ignored by other online programs.

We will help you to exercise safely throughout your pregnancy, to feel prepared physically and mentally for birth and to have the best possible postnatal recovery (no matter the type of birth had).
