What Equipment Do I Need?
We have all the equipment you need for your EMP Workouts available through our online shop.
Our Essentials Pack is just $30 (free shipping for members within Australia) and includes:
- A small pilates ball
- A resistance band
- Tote Bag
We also recommend purchasing some light dumbells (2-3KGs). If you prefer to lift heavier weights you may prefer 5-6KG dumbells or 8-10KG kettlebell.
I'm more than 12 months postpartum. Can I still join?
Definitely. We know how busy life as a Mum is. If you didn't have time in those early days to exercise, we are here to support you. It's never too late to start healing your body.
We also have a large number of mums who have a prolapse, pelvic floor issues or separation and need the extra support the EMP provides.
Because we work with you individually, we make sure that you are working at the exact level your body needs.
