"AÂ heartfelt thank you for your magical program that helped kept me so well, strong and fit, ready to take on having my first child.
Â
My Labor ended up being a dream outcome, with your wonderful program getting my mind and body fit along with all the walking, I was surprisingly 8.5cm dilated when I arrived to the hospital, delivering our little boy, 1.5hrs later. Even better I didn't need any pain relief, which I thought I may have needed up my sleeve.
Â
Now, we are both loving your joint workouts and very much looking forward to commencing your return to running program, having loved running prior.
My sister and friend are now fans too, enjoying spreading the word on such a highly valuable and recommended program.
Â
Big thanks from both of us.

This program is for you if…
- you want to prepare your body, not just your mindset.
- you’re worried about tearing, pelvic floor injury or recovery.
- you want clear, evidence-based guidance.
- you’re planning a vaginal birth or a caesarean.
- you want to feel informed without being overwhelmed.
- you want practical tools for your birthing partner so that they can support with confidence.Â
- you want support that adapts if your birth changes.
Â
I just wanted to say that the Empowered birth program is brilliant - so informative, so relatable and also not intimidating for someone who hasn’t given birth before either.
Â
Such a joy to be able to go to a 38w prenatal appointment and when asked "do you have any questions or things you'd like us to write down for your labour" and to actually already be informed, feel confident in what you want and firm in requesting it in advance (e.g. birth positions, warm compress, time in bath etc).
Â
The breathing techniques are great too, as is the physical and mental distractors for labour, and always that it's based off research and scientific outcomes.
Â
Highly recommend to absolutely everyone who wants to go into their birth feeling prepared, educated and with their partner on the same page!
Â
You ladies are amazing and I feel so lucky to find you and proud of myself to be so committed to your prenatal program.
