1. No matter how you gave birth, your postpartum recovery starts with your pelvic floor. The EMP pelvic floor programs include workouts for every stage of your postnatal recovery - from early rehab to advanced workouts.

2. Your core will take time to heal. The EMP core workouts start from birth to help optimise natural healing and progress to advanced core workouts to help you to feel stronger than ever. 

3. Keep Progressing. In the EMP, we have five levels of postnatal recovery designed to progress you from basic postnatal rehab to advanced fitness.
