Pregnancy is an incredibly physical event and one you need to train for. The EMP pregnancy program has been created in alignment with the RANZCOG Exercise in Pregnancy Guidelines.
It includes trimester-specific strength, cardio and pilates workouts to help you to feel strong whilst moving safely from home.
To help reduce rectus diastasis, pelvic pain and incontinence and prepare your body for birth, you will also receive specialise programs for the pelvic floor, core and pelvic girdle pain.

What is the EMP approach to Exercise in Pregnancy?
Strong, informed and empowered. We know that just 15 minutes of exercise a day can help to reduce your chances of experiencing common pregnancy complications and improve birth outcomes. We want to give you exercise that feels good, is motivating and safe for you and your baby.
