Thank you for being here and taking the time to heal your body. We are very sorry for the loss of your pregnancy and we know that this must be an incredibly challenging time for you and your loved ones.
We have created this class to be a safe space where you can nurture yourself and start the healing process. It is a gentle combination of yoga and pilates that is designed to help you to create the space you need to process some of the emotions you are currently experiencing. This class will also help you to start the healing process and connect to your core and pelvic floor.
Everyone copes with the loss of their pregnancy differently. We would like you to know that there is no right or wrong way to do this. So please take all the time you need, and come back to this class as often as you like.
The first time you do this class, it may feel like too much. You can always stop and come back to it when you feel more ready. Please note that we recommend not starting this class until any bleeding has stopped.

Pink Elephant Support Network Pink Elephant offer a peer-to-peer support system where women who have experienced their own pregnancy losses have been trained to support other women.
COPE - The Centre of Perinatal Excellence Offers support for families who have experienced miscarriage or pregnancy loss. Their website is a beautiful place to start your healing journey.
