You are purchasing a one-off twelve-month membership. Your first payment will occur immediately after you join. There are no refunds available for this membership, and it can not be paused. 

The C-Section Birth Preparation and Recovery Membership gives you unlimited access to the EMP C-Section Birth Preparation Program and C-Section Week by Week Recovery Program for twelve (12) Months. It is a once-off payment (unless you choose to pay with After Pay) 

There are no minimum terms or lock-in contracts with our Monthly Membership. 

By participating in the videos contained in this program, you are deemed to have read and agree to the following. The workouts and exercises created by the Empowered Motherhood Program or appearing in this video may not be suitable for all women. Your participation in this or any exercise program could result in injury to yourself or your baby if not correctly performed. Please consult your doctor before embarking on this or any other exercise program. If any exercise makes you feel faint, dizzy or lightheaded, stop immediately and seek professional help. If you experience any irregular breathing patterns, shortness of breath, swelling of the face, hands or feet, calf pain, vaginal bleeding, uterine contractions, cramping in the lower abdomen, feelings of heaviness or bulging in the vagina, leaking of urine or fecal matter or leaking of amniotic fluid please stop all exercise and seek immediate professional help. We advise that every woman recovers from birth differently. Some of the workouts prescribed may not be suitable for your body. We encourage you always to take care when determining your ability to perform the exercises offered by the Empowered Motherhood Program, particularly if you have a particular injury, condition or suffered any prenatal or postnatal complications in this or any other pregnancy or postpartum recovery. If you are currently pregnant, the exercises and workouts contained in the Empowered Motherhood Program or in any content created or owned by the Empowered Motherhood Program Pty Ltd should only be performed if you are experiencing a normal low-risk pregnancy and do not have any prenatal complications or risk factors which may make exercise dangerous for you and your baby. I found the C-Section birth preparation content really useful - even though this is my third birth! It can be terrifying if you have no idea what to expect during and after the procedure. This program was a great reminder for what is in store and it gave me a chance to slow down and start to prepare my body and mind for my birth.
