The EMP program has been essential in making me feel strong and keep active during my pregnancy and now into my c-section recovery. In my previous pregnancies, I followed programs that took you through pregnancy but didn't continue into post partum and for thus, I'm so glad I found the EMP for this journey. The guided workouts made me confident to move my body from as early as 1-week post partum and this has made my recovery from my 1st c-section so seamless and still allowing me to feel strong. I found the C-Section birth preparation content really useful - even though this is my third birth! It can be terrifying if you have no idea what to expect during and after the procedure. This program was a great reminder for what is in store and it gave me a chance to slow down and start to prepare my body and mind for my birth.
