You are purchasing a twelve-month recurring membership. Your first payment will occur at the end of your free trial period, which is 7 days after you join this membership. No refunds are available for this membership, and it can not be paused. Subsequent payments will occur every twelve months unless your membership is cancelled.
The Twelve Month Membership gives you unlimited access to the EMP Pregnancy and Postnatal Programs for Twelve (12) Months. You may cancel your membership anytime within the twelve months. Your access to the program will continue until the end of the twelve-month period that you have paid for.
The free Equipment Pack is for Australian addresses only and can not be used with any other offer.
By participating in this program, you are deemed to have read and agree to the following. The workouts and exercises created by the Empowered Motherhood Program or appearing in the program may not be suitable for all women. Your participation in this or any exercise program could result in injury to yourself or your baby if not properly performed. Please consult your doctor before embarking on this or any other exercise program. If any exercise makes you feel faint, dizzy or lightheaded, stop immediately and seek professional help. If you experience any irregular breathing patterns, shortness of breath, swelling of the face, hands or feet, calf pain, vaginal bleeding, uterine contractions, cramping in the lower abdomen, feelings of heaviness or bulging in the vagina, leaking of urine or fecal matter or leaking of amniotic fluid please stop all exercise and seek immediate professional help. We advise that every woman recovers from birth differently. Some of the workouts prescribed may not be suitable for your body. We encourage you always to take care when determining your ability to perform the exercises offered by the Empowered Motherhood Program, particularly if you have a particular injury, condition or suffered any prenatal or postnatal complications in this or any other pregnancy or postpartum recovery. If you are currently pregnant, the exercises and workouts contained in the Empowered Motherhood Program or in any content created or owned by the Empowered Motherhood Program Pty Ltd should only be performed if you are experiencing a normal low-risk pregnancy and do not have any prenatal complications or risk factors which may make exercise dangerous for you and your baby. The instructions, educational videos and interviews contained in the Empowered Motherhood Program or shown in this video are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or prescription.
